Lea Bender leads a 90-minute meditative flow including guided relaxation in an extended savasana. She is accompanied by musician Sean Cronin on cello throughout. Expect an opening, releasing experience that moves you into a deeper state of awareness. 

Sean Cronin is a bassist, cellist, guitarist, pianist, composer and educator best known as an internationally touring upright Jazz bassist who plays with some of New York’s finest traditional Jazz players. Sean has been the recipient of the Galaxie Rising Star Award, The Grand Prix du Jazz at the Montreal International Jazz Festival, and the Fraser Macpherson Memorial Scholarship. His score for Kill Me Like You Mean It was nominated for a Drama Desk Award in 2015. His passion lies in pulling apart how music works, creating musical experiences for himself and his audience, and learning how people think and communicate about music.

Lea Bender, E-RYT-500, combines three decades of yoga practice with intensive study of philosophy, anatomy and therapeutic techniques to offer students a fully integrated experience. She received her 200-hour RYT certification from Jaya Yoga Center and her 300-hour Advanced RYT certification from Abhaya Yoga, both in Brooklyn, NY. In 2018, Lea transitioned to teaching yoga full-time. Lea believes that yoga offers a path to physical and mental wellbeing for every age, body and ability and can be taught to anyone, anywhere. Lea works with MovingPotential to bring yoga into jails and drug rehabilitation centers.
