Join me and a small, friendly student sangha for an evening Flow and Restore at my studio in Rhinebeck. A serene setting with mountain views and stunning sunsets when timing aligns. Each class will include both Vinyasa and Restorative practices. Maximum of 8 students to allow for personalized instruction. WEDNESDAYS, 5:30-6:30 pm. Pre-registration required. IN PERSON INTERMEDIATE LEVEL YOGA, Sundays 11:00-12:00 (during the summer season)
Yoga on a platform in the pristine Hudson Valley woods. Pure bliss. The location is near Dreamland Harvest in Milan, NY. This is an Intermediate level class, but I offer modifications for all levels. Register in advance to receive the coordinates and parking instructions. REGISTER HERE
ONLINE AND IN PERSON ALL LEVELS YOGA
Sundays 5-6:15 pm
Each week you will move through postures designed to open and strengthen your body while deepening and regulating your breathing to help you feel energized while also calming your nervous system. Students will learn to use their Basic Yoga skills as building blocks for more challenging poses such as inversions and arm balances. This is an All Levels class, so there will always be options for everyone, even when we tackle the more difficult poses. I give personalized cues to students who chose to keep their camera on. ONLINE CHAIR YOGA, Tuesdays 5-6 pm
You won’t need a mat, only a sturdy chair. You will learn simple but effective meditation and breathing techniques that you can do at home to reduce anxiety and breathe more freely. You will also be guided through gentle movements to release tension in the muscles supporting the spine and shoulders as well as more challenging balance and strengthening exercises using the support of the chair for safety and stability. Everything in this class is optional so you can do as little or as much as you like. You will leave breathing easier and feeling stronger, calmer and more at home in your body. Yoga can help to reduce depression, build muscle, increase oxygenation and circulation in the body and improve sleep. No prior experience is needed. All ages and abilities are welcome. All online classes are via Zoom. This class will be recorded (only I will appear on the recording). The recording will be sent to all registered students the following day and will be available for 48 hrs, so you don’t need to come at 5 pm to take this class! RESERVE A SPOT
